Holi is around the corner and that is the start of the summer.Now either pay the surcharge or face 10 hour cuts, need to know how it feels, then ask the people in Tamilnadu they had a sordid experience last summer with such cuts. NTPC is within its right to ask for their payment , there are other states ready willing and able to pay the money for the electricity which Delhi wants to give away.
