World oil demand will grow at a slightly stronger pace than previously expected in 2014, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries, or OPEC, said Wednesday in its monthly report. OPEC said global demand will increase by 1.09 million barrels a day, or 1.2%, to 90.98 million barrels a day from 89.89 million barrels a day in 2013. OPEC had previously forecast demand growth of 1.05 million barrels a day in 2014.
